Terms of Service for 1:1 Mentorship Coaching

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our 1:1 mentorship coaching services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer personalized 1:1 mentorship coaching aimed at helping men lead better in marriage, overcome vice, and/or navigate Christian courtship. The scope of coaching includes:

 

- Weekly or bi-weekly 1 hour virtual sessions via google meet.

- In-depth support between calls via Whats App or SMS

- Homework is also provided

- Packages are 12 weeks in length. 

3. Booking and Payments

• Scheduling: Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
• Fees: Fees for coaching services are detailed in the coaching agreement and are paid in advance via stripe, or etransfer.
• Refunds: No refunds barring significant reason.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Client Cancellations: You must provide at least [24} hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed session.
• Coach Cancellations: We will provide notice of any cancellations and work with you to reschedule.


5. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Responsibilities
• Client Responsibilities: You agree to attend sessions on time, actively participate, and provide accurate information relevant to the coaching.
• Coach Responsibilities: We agree to provide coaching services to the best of our ability and maintain a professional and supportive environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising out of or related to the coaching services is limited to the amount paid for the coaching services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice if necessary. 

9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without our permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada. 

11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect upon posting or as otherwise stated.
